We're on our second one, both are absolute trash
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. Our old dryer was on it's last legs and our washer died. We figured we'd just bite the bullet and replace them both at the same time. We got this dryer and the companion washer. The washer works pretty well. The dryer though, this is a total failure of a product. The first one we bought just didn't work. The sensors are completely faulty on this model. They don't detect moisture properly and incorrectly lower the dry time. This means it takes eternity to dry a standard load. It would take 3, 4, sometimes cycles to dry. Called Bestbuy, they came out to exchange the unit. We're about 3 weeks into the second unit usage, and same problem as before. I've got one pair of pajama pants on its 4th manual cycle (heat is maxxed out) and they are still WET. Not damp. WET. This thing is total trash. It is a complete failure of a product. We're shopping for something more conventional now.

Posted .This is certainly not what we expect out of the drying performance of our dryer. Makes thumping sound when running.
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Just had this delivered by Geek Squad. Dryer makes a thumping sound like it has tennis shoes in it even when empty. I will be returning/exchanging it. LG website says this is normal, but I've never experienced that with a new dryer before.
