Purchased this mid-range set and was worried that I would miss out on some of the extra cycles available on the higher models. Started using it and it does all I need and more. Plus it's connected to my smart home products so I know when it's done no matter where I am.

This product drys clothing very nicely...I like it.

This washing machine is quiet and has all the bells and whistles. I like the deep drum and am fortunate to be tall enough to get the clothes out from the bottom of the washer. I have been slightly disappointed with the ability for stain removal even when using a product such as oxi clean since my old washer with an agitator immediately got any stain we treated with oxi clean out. This washer has failed on two occasions to remove treated stains. Also, there isn't much overriding of the pre set programming and small heavy duty loads take an hour and 39 minutes to wash which is the same as a large heavy duty load. I'm missing our old washing machine with agitator but don't miss the belt going out and our clothes being a wet mess. We've only had the new washing machine for a month so maybe it's just a matter of getting more familiar with all the electronics.

I like being able to open the door two ways. Hamper type 45-degree (down) opening to fill, since I have to stand on a step stool to reach the items in the bottom of the washing machine, and then swing it sideways when emptying the dryer. Very convenient.

The dryer does what it is suppose to do. I'm not sure if my luandry loads were too big when I first used it that my load weren't completely dry on regular mode. Once I switched it to a larger load mode it was completely dry.

We purchased a house that had a older washer dryer set with the middle spindle and I hate those models. We heard good things about this particular model and lg has always put out good washer dryer sets. And the rest is history.

Great dryer. My only complaint would be that it's a bit noisy. I purchased the gas dryer and when the gas comes through to fuel it it's a little noisy. I had a gas dryer before and never heard this noise. Otherwise happy with the dryer.

This a really nice dryer for the price. We love the door feature allowing you to open from the top or the side. Lots of technology packed in to this reasonable priced dryer.

We were comparing this to the Samsung and we decided to get this one instead. It is more practical and the dryer does not stand as tall as Samsung equivalent.

Loyal LG user. You really cant go wrong with lg. The door came as a shock. Its amazing and fun. My kid likes it. Hopefully this will last till she becomes a teen.

its a good dryer but had to create my setting to get the correct dryness that i want. if i do the normal dry setting, at times it doesn't dry it all the way correctly.

Our old dryer broke. We already had a Samsung high efficiency washer. We opted for dryer with less high tech features but we are very happy with the dryer and price was great

I did a lot of research and this is the best overall rated one for this price range. I have the companion washer which is equally great!
