    At first it seemed that thecdryer was taking twice as long as it should. It was very frustrating. I called the 800 number and after several questions the energy saver button came into play. It appears that if the energy saver button is on the cothes are being dried with cool air. This is what was taking so long. Now we are back on track

    I did a lot of reading and research before choosing this dryer. Consumer reports magazine lists LG as lowest percentage of repairs as a brand. have been using about 3mo now, seems to work great no issues. like that the door is glass and opens two ways.
