At first I was daunted by all of the controls but by the second use I was good to go! This dryer is awesome - dries just right, offers everything I want, and dries quickly larger loads.

So far it's been great except for the clothes coming out so wrinkled after the permanent press cycle. Our laundry room shares a wall with a bedroom so I appreciate how quiet it is.

I'm very impressed and satisfied with this item. Great price, nice design and capacity. It can hold more loads than expected. A Cycle may run up to 1 hour plus
