    this dryer went out in 6 days. I literally had to pay an electrician to come out and verify the wiring was ok from box to dryer. of course it was. finally was able to have them pick it up and deliver a new one.

    Don't waste your money. I ended up returning my set and exchanging for a samsung washer and dryer. The washer would leave anything bigger than a small load dripping wet and then I would have to run a dryer cycle 3-4 times to finally get the clothes dry. Seems to be an issue with the dryer sensor. Overall a terrible experience with this washer and dryer bundle.

    Not happy with this dryer. Even with a medium sized wash you have to split it before it goes in the dryer and even then it takes close to an hour to dry. Which means it take 2 hours to dry one load of clothes. Nothing energy efficient about that.

    Needs repair after one year and 13 days of use :(

    The drying is 15 days out of the 1 year warranty and is already begun to have issues. The dryer worked fine and then it got much louder when running likely a bad drum roller. A day later the moisture sensor does not appear to be working. Why don't large appliances last?? Planned obsolescence. Very frustrating - shouldn't have to tear the dryer apart to fix so soon. Garbage

    Is it LG or Best Buy that's Bad

    Dryer is probably great but Best Buy service is terrible. When the dryer was delivered, the signal that the dryer was finished was not working or got turned off. Best Buy is in no hurry to come and fix this or replace it.

    Brand New Dryer Doesn’t Dry

    I just left a review for the washer that was advertised with this dryer. Please save your money. It doesn’t set properly and can’t handle more than 10 small items and that still requires 2-3 cycles. It’s incredibly disappointing. Save your money!

    I hate this stupid machine. It isn't intuitive AT ALL. You can only use the manual mode if you want your clothes to be dry, and that takes trial and error. Horrible purchase.

    BEST BUY is a joke. I would give this a zero if possible. We bought it for $736 in January 2023 and it quit on December 23rd 2023. I spent a lot of time on the phone with Best Buy and they finally agreed to set up a service call but then refused because they had no agents for an LG. The last woman I talked to was rude. No more LG appliances or Best Buy.

    Worked halfway decent for nine months, now BROKEN! It is still under the one-year manufacturer's warranty, but two days in and there is no way to contact LG other than automated chat! LG still have not responded and I am sitting here with a broken dryer. Expensive junk at this point.

    Horrible dryer

    The machine stopped blowing hot air after the second use. The "smart air flow" only blew cold air. Even before hand, the machine took too long to dry any load size of laundry. Horrible machine. DO NOT BUT!!

    I purchased this item and it wouldn't dry my clothes. I initially thought I had selected the wrong settings. After three 60 minutes cycles and my clothes were still damp I called LG and they suggested I try the manual dry option, after two 60 minutes cycles (2hrs) I got tired and decided tI return the dryer. I cant spend the whole day trying to dry one load of clothes.

    I can’t evaluate the dryer because they have delivered 2 dryers that made terrible noise and we are waiting on the 3rd delivery. Customer Service in the Best Buy stores has been helpful and they have tried to get it delivered but with no success. The number for Best Buy is worthless because the wait time is consistently 45 minutes to an hour and no real help.

    It has Sensor Dry, the sensor is always wrong. It stops long before what in the is dryer is dry.
