    I actually returned this one because it wasn't drying the clothes on the first dry so I upgraded to a better LG. Not a lot of bells and whistles which I wanted but wasn't happy with having to turn the dryer back on because clothes weren't completely dry.

    Not a great drier. Things are still damp after 45 minutes. Is a little loud as well.

    Bad product-Electric Dryer

    This electric dryer is not a good product. It doesn’t work like my Samsung or old Kenmore. It finally stopped working yesterday after only about 2 months. I’m dealing with BB to get it fixed. I’m waiting on the phone here.

    Horrible experience

    Got the dryer delivered and the same day it wouldn’t work. I called best buy they wouldn’t come back out until a entire week later, after I already waited a week for them to deliver and install the dryer. I called an appliance person to clean out my home ventilation system to ensure I wasn’t the reason the dryer wasn’t working (flow sense light on). They cleaned it, I paid, and tried my brand new dryer again. Same issue! I wanted to love this dryer but I’ve had a horrible experience with it. I hope yours is better.

    I had a terrible experience with the purchase of a dryer. I’ve been a customer for about 28 years. And this experience has left me not ever wanting to go back to your store ever again. I’ve never brought a review like this. But that is just showing how Strong my feelings are about this.

    Poor Best Buy delivery

    This was our 2nd try to get a clothes washer. We were wanting one that had a drop down door. The first delivered did not have a drop down door. So Best Buy, sent this one. I guess they simply looked at the picture and thought it was a drop down door. It wasn't. We sent it back.

    the dryer does a nice job on large loads although you need to use the correct settings. i believe it tries to save energy but you end up having to dry for more time. overall a nice basic dryer

    Horrible machine! Dryer will not stay on for more than 3 minutes. We wanted the door to be installed facing the other way, but Best Buy tech said no, it had to be ordered that way. Not what the BestBuy salesman told us. We were away for the summer, came home to find it did not work properly. At least I have a year to pay for it.

    I don't like this dryer. It takes a long time to dry and the lint trap is a disaster every time i pull it out. Lint flying everywhere and sticking to the wrong side and the bottom of the correct side is just a big mess to deal with and i think lint could be falling back into the vent instead of coming out with the trap. Anyway... I'm returning this and bought a different brand.

    Worst Delivery Service

    Wish I could give Best Buy a zero rating. This was the worst delivery experience I have ever had. Delivery people were shown where to place the appliances in the house. There were stairs the appliance would have to be brought up. The delivery people just dropped the appliances in the garage and left. Called Best Buy back to have someone come back. Appointment was 7:00 to 1:00 two days later day to bring appliances in the house. No one showed up for the second appointment. Will be going somewhere else if I need anything delivered. Stay with the delivery people and don't leave your garage door open.

    Bought A Lemon

    We had Speed Queen Large Capacity Dryer for almost 20 years until it was time to buy a new one. The dryer is a total headache to deal with. We are very unhappy with this machine, it does not stay on for more than 20 min at a time & we paid Best Buy to hook it up. The manual says sensor will turn dryer off if the load is too heavy or not heavy enough, well then how do you determine the perfect weight??

    Moisture sensor seems off. Clothes are not 100% dry when it finishes. Controls are not my favorite. My last Samsung seemed better.
