This dryer is GARBAGE!!! We have barely owned this (6 months) and it’s already broken! Not to mention we’ve mainly been hanging our clothes on the line due to warmer weather. Don’t waste your money!

I bought the washer and dryer combo on 4th of July sale. So far, so good.

Very efficient in drying clothes. Stops when it is dry. Good basic dryer. Easy to empty the filter. Fair pricing. Easy to install

We have enjoyed our new washing machine from Best Buy. The LG washer has been performing perfectly.

We purchased the dryer along with professional installation services. Upon delivery, the installer assured my wife that grounding the unit was unnecessary. Despite her reservations, she reluctantly allowed them to leave without grounding the appliance. After their departure, my wife contacted LG directly and was informed that the dryer does require grounding unless connected via a 4-prong outlet—which was not the case in our installation. The LG representative further explained that failure to properly ground the dryer could result in electric shock. Concerned for our safety, I immediately contacted the installer to request that he return and complete the installation correctly. He insisted grounding was unnecessary, refused to return, and then hung up on me. I then contacted Best Buy customer service and spoke with Oscar. While polite, he was ultimately unhelpful and informed me that we would have to wait 24–48 hours for a response. I requested to speak with a supervisor. After several long holds, I was told that someone would return my call within 35 minutes. An hour later, I received a call from Dave, who was professional and courteous, but unable to resolve the issue because the order was still “open.” He assured me someone would follow up later that day or by the next day at the latest—this follow-up never occurred. When my wife called again on Monday morning, she was informed that Best Buy would not return to ground the unit. She then requested a return and was told we would be responsible for both the restocking fee and the haul-away fee. When she asked to escalate the matter, she was again told we would receive a call within 24–48 hours…….waiting…..

Excellent! Dries in one go. Much more efficient than our last unit. Quiet and sturdy!

So far so good. Got this appliance to match my washer. It looks great side by side. The white finish is very clean. Overall the dryer operates well getting my clothes dry. A nice melody sounds off when the cycle is finished.

Just me, I liked my old dyer, it dried clothes in less time. But it runs well. I use only manual all the sensors I really don't care for. Don't like going to my dryer after ample time and fine cold, damp clothes.

Great dryer, but could have been cheaper delivery was on time, kind and courteous

this dryer saves my electricity bill. I had old dryer and switched to this one and I noticed lower electricity bill.
