This dryer works great it has a lot of nice features. The ease of use is amazing. I like the alarm to let you know it is done.

I love that I can put a queen sized comforter in this dryer and have it actually be dry when the machine stops. With my previous machine, the comforter balled up and the inside would stay wet so I'd have to rearrange the folds and dry it again, and maybe a third time. The Permanent Press cycle on this one is perhaps a little short as things like the collars to polo shirts are still damp when the rest is dry. We had a gas dryer previously, and it seems to take much longer for the clothing to dry in this electric one.

It has large capacity, various programs, easy to reach filter. The front door opening is reversible which was a great help to us.

This dryer was just purchased. It dries the clothes well but when the door is shut after a load condensation forms on the inside of the door as well as some parts of the tub. I have an appointment with the geek squad to come out and see what the issue is. One person I spoke to said that these new dryers can have a tendency to do this. If it weren’t for this issue, I would rate the dryer as good to excellent.

Looks and works really good. Dryer is pretty quiet and big enough for large items.

I love the flow sensor...we got this recently as we replaced an older set. We noticed as we removed the old one quite a build up of lint. Using the new machine it alerted us that we needed to have the vent cleaned due to build up. Very happy with the options for different settings.

Gets clothes clean. Kids love the cute tone that is played when the load is finished. Easy to operate.

This is a great dryer! We seem to have bad luck with our dryers so I was recently checking consumer Reports for a new clothes dryer that was good in all the ways you need a dryer to perform but also affordable. There were lots of dryers that cost twice as much but this did everything we need. Bought it, installed it and had it going in no time. Very quick delivery from Best Buy that was socially distanced yet friendly.

This dryer wasn’t in stock when we needed a new dryer. We purchase a less expensive one that was in stock. It was taking longer to do laundry and clothes didn’t complete dry. My wife was unhappy with this. We told Best Buy. The LG dryer we originally wanted was now available and Best Buy made an exchange and we paid the difference. This is what good customer service is all about. Thank you Best Buy.

This is a good dryer, however there isn't an inside light to see what you are pulling out.
