    Over all this was a good experience. Your phone system leaves a lot to be desired. Once I was able to actually speak with a very helpful associate on the phone, to help with the order, the entire process went smoothly, including the delivery which took place as scheduled by very polite and efficient service personnel.

    Unfortunately it took 3 times to get the dryer delivered in satisfactory condition. The 1st there was no dryer inside the metal dryer shell. The 2nd time it was installed damaged so when we started it the drum bounced all over the place. The 3rd time was a charm and we are very happy with it.

    Next level up from lowest end dryers available. Good option if you do not want to spend thousands of dollars on a simple device that has been around for years. Does the job. Sound that alerts drying cycle is done stopped working a couple weeks after using.
