Very user friendly and efficient to conserve energy

What a terribly lousy format for a review! Because of it, I considered a 1 star review but decided I need to review on the product and personnel. Need to get new leadership in this area. On the other hand, great store. Great products!

Takes a little time to get used to settings but overall operation is easy. Works well, but can not overload it or will have to take 2 cycles to dry. Common for most dryers. Yet a basic load comes out dry in one. Quiet and productive, happy with purchase.

DOES ALOT BETTER AND FASTER, THAN THE LAST DRYER .

Would have rated the dryer higher however very surprised that the dryer did not have a light when the door is open. At the regular price point that feature should have been included. Very dark inside when the door is open.

I’m happy with the dryer. My clothes come out dry. I havent had time to really test towels too much since it is a rental unit and I only had time to try a load of regular cloths.

This dryer has a simple and clean design. The controls are easy to use. This is our first electric dryer, no significant difference in its performance. Loved the ability to switch the direction of how the door opens. It was switched by the delivery team at no extra cost.

It drys well but “thumps” slightly when flat spot on rollers hits. Isn’t really load but is annoying a little, I can live with it. LG said it would go away after used and warmed up. 30 loads later, no better.

The digital controls present quite a learning curve, with a confounding set of options that are easily set incorrectly. The dryer is quiet, but often requires 2 cycles to dry adequately.

It took a couple of cycles of wet/damp clothes to understand that the Energy Saver mode comes on automatically. So you have to turn it off with each cycle; backwards logic. Dryer does a good job (so far) in drying clothes.

This is an excellent product. Having owned 2 top line competitors in the past, I was skeptical about switching brands.....It turned out to be the BEST decision I could’ve ever made! If you wash and dry large loads, this purchase is for you!

I really like this dryer it is really fast and consistent. But my only issue is if I put blankets or towels in the dryer they won't be completely dry so I'll have to dry them again just for a short period. But other than that I really like this dryer!

The matching washer is perfect was highly disappointed with the dryer. As many others have commented, I have to either use the manual dry or sensor dry on many cycles to ensure the clothes are dry. This is not what I would expect from a high efficiency dryer. Would probably not purchase this brand dryer again based on the limited experience I have had thus far.

Recently purchased and it's working like a charm. No problems!!! since I've only had the dryer for three weeks, I'm still learning which cycles work best. The only drawback might be the black panel which for some might not be easy to read.

The dryer is quiet and I like the bell sounds after the cycle is completed. The one thing I don't like it does not have an interior light. My old Whirlpool dryer had an interior light, a great feature to have.

2 years of ownership, not a single problem so far. The dryer we replaced this with came with a plethora of problems so this was a nice quality of life purchase.

No need for a Wi-Fi dryer. I can walk to my laundry room knowing that when that cute little chime goes off my clothes will be perfectly dry. And if I can’t get there immediately, it will keep tumbling until I do. Wonderfully simple and efficient.

We moved to a new house and decided it was time for a new dryer. For the price it dries. Our last dryer on medium or sense dry completed the job in 30 or less minutes. This takes about 45 to 57 minutes. We turn the eco mode off to get to the 45 minute mark.

Well, I got my new Lg washer and dryer today and was happy as it was supposed to be able to wash my queen size comforter. No more laundry mat. Well, when it went into the washer it did not appear it would be big enough but seemed, in the end, to have accomplished the task. Now when it went into the dryer again it barely fit which I found odd as it is supposedly almost 3 Cu. bigger. now the problem it needed 3 cycles on bedding to get dry and they were not consecutive but this afternoon so not impressed but what sealed the deal on that is it melted a place on the comforter somehow as well so not really impressed with the whole deal meaning not impressed at all. Would I recommend not at the moment.

I like my dryer and the many different settings to use with the many different fabrics, accessories, linens and outerwear. I think the normal setting takes too long and doesn't get hot enough. I mainly use the speed settings.
