Love LG Products. The only thing that you must make sure is that your dryer vents and ducts are cleaned regularly or the dryer will shut off early with an alert.

I love our LG dryer! Several drying options. Even though it is a "sensor dry" machine; I had to experiment just a bit. Towels and some thick socks in the load will require "Heavy Duty" setting. Well pleased with this dryer as it does a beautiful job!

We replaced our washer/dryer and found that this dryer works more quickly than our prior dryer. It is large and can take a large load of towels and dry them quickly and they feel soft when complete. I recommend this dryer!

The functions on the black pannel are barely visible. Also, there is no light inside the dryer. The wrinkle-free option really does not make much of a difference when I use it. Not what I expected for the price paid. Purchased it in December 2020, it is only March and I am already annoyed by the product. Unfortunately, the item shows as not returnable. I guess I am stuck with this product. I gave it 3 stars because it does dry fast when I use it in the "not energy save option".

Great dryer! It adjusts the time by sensing the level of dryness of you items. and if it doesn't get it as dry, or as hot as you want, you can switch to manual mode and get them just as toastie as you could want.

I am not a fan of this dryer. I like to “fluff” some my clothes after letting them air dry to get out the wrinkles and you can’t set the time any lower than 10 minutes. I don’t like the dry settings and I especially don’t like that if I’m trying to lower the dry time, it counts down one number at a time. My last dryer had the option to count down by five minutes... just seems like a waste of time. I would return it if it wasn’t such a pain to load them up and bring them back.

This is a fine dryer. Broad range of cycles and fabric options. Drying sensor seems to work well but we occasionally have to add a bit of drying time. All-in-all, happy with the purchase and the quality.

Been looking for good quality and price for over a month, wanted to spend my money on something that would please me and finally found it at Best Buy was worth the wait and loving my washer and dryer.

I had the older model of these and they lasted 8-9 years. I wanted nothing else but the new LG version of what I had and they are great!! Best choice I made was getting them at Best Buy. TY all.

Love all the new buttons! My old one was 11 years old and this has new things to use on it. Drys well, pretty quiet, digital(new to me) and a better lint trap. We will see how it is on energy savings. Would buy it again!

We bought this as a set when we purchased our new home with the washer and while it does what we need we loved the washer a lot more. The dryer could use some improvement since one would expect if the same amount of clothes can be washed the dryer should be able to handle it to dry. But unfortunately when it comes to drying the comforter it takes twice as long at least and you can’t add many other bedding supplies with it or else the dryer will not dry it properly. If we were to do this again we would buy a different dryer and keep our washer.

The dryer has smart technology which is good for many of the synthetics it has to dry but when cleaning down products does not allow the pillow to be dried longer than when the outside fabric is dry.

First time I have had an LG but I love it. It was highly rated by Consumer Reports and so far it has lived up to it. Once again Best Buy was stellar in its service and delivery.

Extremely happy with this washer, it has a deep tub and cleans well. Plus my kids love to watch the laundry wash through the glass lid! I must admit, it is pretty neat to watch it work!

All the different drying options are great. Only con is the sensor sometimes decides the load is dry and some articles still are a little damp. Not a big deal. Would purchase again.

It works great. The settings, "normal dry" and "very dry" are perfect. Just one suggestion during installation. Make sure that the door is opening to the correct direction.

Overall this is a very good dryer. Everything is working according to plan except one area. Large pieces, like comforters are not drying completely. We are still feeling our way with this issue, but everything else is fine.

So far so good (I’ve only had for a couple of months). Controls are easy to use (I had older model with buttons only and I like the knob controls much better). Glad I purchased.

Purchased this dryer to replace a freebie dryer that died on us. This worked out well without hurting the wallet that much. Easy to clean lint trap and it dries well.

So far so good! As with my washer, I am enjoying doing laundry. After drying my clothes, I can smell the freshness of the fabric softener. Though it’s only been 10 days, I ABSOLUTELY LOVE HER!!
