I purchased this product largely based on a review in Consumer Reports. It seems to be a quality product. The only difficulty was reversing the door swing during installation.

On time delivery with wonderful and polite delivery men. Only issue was too short new duct work so I used our old rigid duct work and returned new to store for a credit.

While I like the reversible door, I have found that a drop down door is most convenient for both loading and unloading since the washer and folding table are on either side of dryer.

Works Great. I bought it in a pinch. My dryer died and no one had any in stock for immediate pick up. I ended up buying an open box dryer and love it

I've only had the dryer for 2 days now. bought in March 20, 2012, order delivered April 30th 2021. Ran 3 different cycles on it so far, Everything seems to be working fine

This dryer works as expected. My only criticism would be that you can’t increase the time on the dryer. Some loads need to be run twice in order to dry properly. Would recommend this dryer.

Wasn’t planning on buying a dryer but when my washer quit working, I decided I should replace it as well. I wanted a matching set and this was a good buy for me.

This is a good solid electric dryer. It also matches perfectly with our top-loading washer. However, this appliance required more space in the back than we expected.

I'm very happy with my purchase. This particular dryer has a large tub that can accommodate large blankets or bathroom carpets. You can also add or reduce time on your drying programs.

Match to the washer I purchased several months prior. I loved curbside pickup! It was so efficient and easy. The guys were very courteous and good at what they do.

Works well but does have the LG thumping sound that goes away after it warms up. I haven't been able to use it much yet as I have had vent pipe installation delays - not Best Buy.

Great dryer. It has a feature called Smart Diagnosis that automatically determines the length of the cycle and temperature setting. I have no idea how it works but it does!

Took a few times to get the right settings for different size loads. A great dryer overall. Love the different settings and that you are able to change them as needed.

This dryer makes a lot of noise. I had a gas LG was much quieter. It starts out noisy and then after about 10 minutes it gets quieter.
