My wife wanted a new dryer with a light in the dryer so when asking the sales person and looking at the description on your website it states that there is a light in the dryer. Once I installed the unit it was discovered not to have a light. Then to add insult to injury I read a review from before my purchase that stated the same issue and your reply was to state that you were aware of the issue but still did not fix the website. Now you have another disappointed customer.

It takes quite a long time for the clothes to get dry. I do want to give a shout out to the delivery team, however. They called me to let me know when they should be there, again when they were 30 minutes away, and again when they were 10 minutes away. They were quick and removed all packaging from my house.

I have a Maytag washer l love just wish the dryer had been available without a three month wait. This dryer doesn't have the capacity so I have to split the load. Can't complain about best buy as they delivered on time and the install was done well under c ovid restrictions.
