Delivery and installation was quick. We noticed immediately in few days the dryer doesn't dry the clothes and leave them damp. You need to manually run the cycle three to four times to make your clothes dry. Issue seems to be the dyer cycle doesn't run through the entire cycle and stop early. May be the sensor dry doesn't do its job and cut off the cycle before the clothes are dry. Since I do not have Geek Squad I need to go through the pain of multiple LG customer care calls. on the other hand the washer along with this dryer is very good and does its job perfectly.

Tried to put heat on high, but could not unless changed to heavy duty. Like better previous machine where could set heat level and time

It has taken many hours for me to dry 2 loads of towels and underwear. I know these are heavy loads but to take 3 to 4 hours per load is not good. I would suggest you look at other brands. I have a LG brand television and it works wonderfully but this LG brand washer does not reach a good level. Bust Buy delivery person push the dryer in and crushed the vent causing many stops before I realized the hook up was damaged.
