    Not pleased with purchase. Clothes often come out wrinkled even when I empty the dryer as soon as it stops. Wrinkle Care not effective, it doesn't run often or long enough to prevent wrinkles. Can't seem to get the dry times and temperatures right. Factory settings aren't helpful. I want my old dryer back.

    The delivery guys did not secure one of the clamps and the dryer disconnected to the vent

    I’m not a fan of this brand. No matter what temperature or setting I put it on, my clothes are always damp. I think it’s the sensor. Also in the front of the dryer, there is supposedly help you can access with your smartphone after setting up an account. Guess what? That doesn’t work either

    The buzzer is so soft I can never hear it to know when it’s finished. I have to freshen up many loads to get the wrinkles out. The sensors are poor as well. Smaller loads don’t completely dry. Very disappointed!!

    I like it overall, but it is very basic. Not many bells and whistles... Door Does't open all the way, no light when you open the door. Doesn't completely dry first time around.

    Has never really dried our clothes since day one. Now getting a flow sense code 2 months before a full year and shuts the drier off way before the clothes are dry. The code says to check the vent tube to make sure it’s not pinched or if there’s too much stuff in the vent tube. This is installed in a new home. Lint filter gets cleaned every load. I’m real close to my 1 year purchase date that I’m sure they won’t do anything about it. Very disappointed.

    Had this about 6 months. It never dried clothes properly. A service person came out but he blamed it on a clog in the back but he never pulled the dryer out to check. My husband and i did and NO CLOG! I've called repeatedly but they insist there is nothing wrong with it yet IT DOESN'T DRY CLOTHES. I consider that a big problem. It's still under warranty but they won't fix or replace. Never again for LG

    Owned for 2 1/2 months. Unit will power on but will not start. Technician having to come out and inspect/fix. Super disappointing, however, appears all new appliances are not worth the price being charged.

    DO NOT BUY AN LG APPLIANCE. The dryer has not done a good job since day one. LG has been out to our home FIVE TIMES and tried something different each time. Bestbuy has washed itself of any responsibility in the situation. We spent over $5,000 in appliances at BestBuy on our new construction home and we will NEVER return.

    We have to dry most times twice. So far we are disappointed. This was sold to us as the best in class. So far it is anything but.

    I will not recommend this dryer (LG model DLE7100W) to anyone. I was loaned this dryer because the one I ordered was not in stock. The first dryer I received had a failed sensor...cycle kept ending before clothes were dry. The second dryer...works a little better, but you have to restart the dryer numerous times to get your clothes dry. This is such a nuisance and very inconvenient!
