Doesn't dry like it should

Better than washer but not worth the money... buy something else.. save your money on this pair!!!!!

Good in general; did not perform for me

I would put a load of towels in and in 10 minutes the dryer would stop, acting like the towels were dry. So, I used the manual dial - same thing. Best Buy people are total pros. They took the dryer back and brought me a different brand.

No washing machine

Does not dry

It take an hour for a regular load and often the clothes are still damp. The top of the washer also dented with the weight of a laundry basket. I love the coordinating washer but am not pleased with the dryer.

We called the Geek Squad take a look at it. The agent recommended not trying to repair and just submit a request to Best Buy to simply replace it, which we did

Not good

Dryer not working

Not worth the hassle.

LG Dryer

Dryer is noisy and makes a constant clacking sound each time it makes a turn. Very dissatisfied with this one so far. Probably should have bought the low end Amana instead.

Make sure it works!

Thre error codes. Frustrating as we had about 15 loads waiting due to a new move. Took appx 10 days for a replacement. So far second one is working properly.

Horrible customer service, lousy product

Bad thermostat and motor by December. Customer service incapable of helping, and will now be weeks without a dryer. Avoid the company at all costs.
