Great Choice

It's the same quality except I didn't get window door and interior dryer light. That helped me to save $150. I did check Home Depot and Lowe's prices but saved more at Best Buys. My laundry room is well light but if your's isn't, I recommend getting the dryer with the interior light.

It is easy to use and does a good job drying clothes. I rated it 4STARS due to the delivery of the dryer. The delivery service was poor at best. The delivery people were not professional and not helpful and getting the dryer set up. They weren’t even willing to show me its operational functions.

Works much better than the Samsung did

I had puchased a Samsung Dryer the week before (the Samsung was the same model my daugher had bought just over a year ago) SADLY THE Samsung now has sesor issues. it would shut off early leaving the clothes damp. While the LG Model doesn't have as many cycles it DOES COMPLETLY Dry the clothes.

Flow Sense makes it worth the money.

The “Flow Sense”warning made me realize that my dryer vents leading to the outside of the house were seriously clogged which was a safety hazard. I had the dryer vents professionally cleaned after living in the home 30+ years. The dryer works great now. The sensor dry gives a perfect drying time for each load.

Easy to Use

So far, it has dried our clothes more efficiently than my old dryer. One downside is that each preset dial does not allow you to increase or decrease time or the temperature. I do like the air dry feature for when you are not able to remove the laundry immediately after a cycle.

Only one time out of a bunch of loads we had to run the load a 2nd time to dry the baby clothes. Once in a while makes a noise I never heard when the Best Buy guy was showing us how, but it works and didn’t break the bank.

Great Product

I was going round and round trying to decide on what to get. I read many reviews on many different sets. This one, like all, had some bad reviews. BUT after a month of use, I have had ZERO issues. It dries on the first cycle every time
