Love this dryer!! No it's not connected to the internet but if you're considering this model, like me, thats probably not important anyway. This is a simple dryer with 8 dry settings and a ginormous 7.3 cf capacity. I have yet to dry a load that required a second dry cycle. It dries evenly and even mixed loads (towels and clothes) come out dry every time. Very happy with this purchase and my LG refrigerator and oven.

It’s a pretty machine and works fine. I wish the door opened to the bottom so clothes don’t fall on floor when inserted and removed and am very surprised there is no internal light.

Replaced a well used older and reliable dryer and combo washing machine. We did research on various types of dryers and manufacturers and visited a number of retailers. Excellent information and options were provided by the Best Buy customer service representative to meet our needs and preferences. The delivery and set up were done as scheduled without incident…very professional and friendly. To date we are completely satisfied with the dryer, as well as it’s on sale cost. It is easy to use and does an excellent job drying all types of load sizes and materials. This is a similar write up to the matching washing machine.

Machine is great. The only thing it would be nice to have is a countdown feature. But right now it works great

Works well. Has good capacity for large items like comforters. Settings for delicate items is nice to have. much quieter than my old laundry machines.

Had some time setting up bc cord doesn't come attached but use is simple. Lint filter easy in front. Change heat 3 settings.

My wife wanted a simple dryer that completed the drying faster. This hit the mark. Dries faster and better than our previous much mor expensive brand name dryer.

This LG dryer was purchased with an LG washer, but they were not a matching set (on purpose). This dryer replaced a 30 year old Maytag dryer, that had a belt replacement at least 3 times in 15 years. Hoping this lasts just as long! So far it dries the clothing well. There is no interior light on this model, so make sure you know this before you purchase (I was aware before purchasing). I wanted simple and basic and this is exactly it!! LG is a well rated brand and fingers crossed it will continue to impress!
