No problems with delivery and installation. Was also able to get a rebate with Dominion Energy for dryer being an Energy Star product so that was an added bonus.

Good Product/Horrible Installation

The installers reused the old exhaust hose which was nearly clogged and had become disconnected from the outside vent. Consequently our dryer was blowing hot air into our wallspace instead of outside.
