    Love the quiet sound of the dryer. Love the fact that the clothing are dried at the time chosen and they are not wrinkled when they come out of the dryer.

    It’s quiet, fast, easy and has some cool settings. Issue is it doesn’t get clothing all the way dry. Every load I have like four or five things I have to throw back in there and “Freshen up”. I have tried setting it to extra dry. Yeah doesn’t work. Another strange thing is I noticed it shrinks clothes. I think it needs lower heat and longer cycles.

When is the last time you checked your dryer exhaust vents for any obstructions? This is a common culprit for the issues you're describing.     A good dryer except the dampness gauge is a little off (clothes still damp once done). It is best to do timed drying.

    I’ve been using this dryer for six months, and unfortunately, it has stopped working properly due to an overly sensitive moisture sensor. The sensor frequently malfunctions and stops the drying process prematurely. I’ve cleaned it thoroughly multiple times, but the issue persists. At this point, doing laundry has become extremely frustrating and time-consuming

      The issue you're encountering with the moisture sensor prematurely ending cycles can often be attributed to residue buildup on the sensor bars. Even with regular cleaning, certain fabric softeners and dryer sheets can leave a film that's not easily removed with standard methods. We recommend gently cleaning the moisture sensor bars using a fine-grit sandpaper or a green Scotch-Brite pad to ensure all residues are eliminated. ​

      Additionally, it's important to consider the size and composition of your laundry loads. Smaller loads or items made of similar materials can sometimes dry unevenly, leading the sensor to misread moisture levels. For such loads, using the manual timed dry setting can provide more consistent results. ​
