    Worst Delivery Service

Wish I could give Best Buy a zero rating. This was the worst delivery experience I have ever had. Delivery people were shown where to place the appliances in the house. There were stairs the appliance would have to be brought up. The delivery people just dropped the appliances in the garage and left. Called Best Buy back to have someone come back. Appointment was 7:00 to 1:00 two days later day to bring appliances in the house. No one showed up for the second appointment. Will be going somewhere else if I need anything delivered. Stay with the delivery people and don't leave your garage door open.

I don't like this dryer. It takes a long time to dry and the lint trap is a disaster every time i pull it out. Lint flying everywhere and sticking to the wrong side and the bottom of the correct side is just a big mess to deal with and i think lint could be falling back into the vent instead of coming out with the trap. Anyway... I'm returning this and bought a different brand.

    Bad product-Electric Dryer

This electric dryer is not a good product. It doesn’t work like my Samsung or old Kenmore. It finally stopped working yesterday after only about 2 months. I’m dealing with BB to get it fixed. I’m waiting on the phone here.

Hi, Tony. Thank you for reaching out and sharing what’s been happening with your LG Dryer (DLE6100W) model. We understand the importance of having a dryer that performs reliably, especially after only a couple of months of use. For a unit that suddenly stops working, one helpful step you can try—once you’re able—is a power reset. Unplug the dryer for about 60 seconds, then plug it back into a dedicated wall outlet to help clear any temporary electrical interruption. Also, checking the breaker to ensure it hasn’t partially tripped can help restore full power to the dryer. For more guidance, visit https://www.lg.com/us/support/help-library/lg-dryer-why-does-my-dryer-have-no-power--20150485198898. We want to make sure you’re fully supported moving forward. We had Speed Queen Large Capacity Dryer for almost 20 years until it was time to buy a new one. The dryer is a total headache to deal with. We are very unhappy with this machine, it does not stay on for more than 20 min at a time & we paid Best Buy to hook it up. The manual says sensor will turn dryer off if the load is too heavy or not heavy enough, well then how do you determine the perfect weight??

Hi, there. Thanks a bunch for sharing your experience with your LG Dryer (DLE6100W) model, especially how it's been drying your clothes. We really want to make laundry a breeze for you and help you get the most out of your unit.

The sensor dry feature adjusts drying time based on moisture levels, leading to shorter cycles when clothes are already drying or unevenly loaded. For optimal results, load similar fabrics in medium-sized, evenly distributed loads. You can also try the “Time Dry” function for manual drying times. Hi, Robert. Thank you for sharing your experience with us. We understand how concerning it must be to have LG Dryer (DLE6100W) model, sheets being sucked into the lint trap, and we want to ensure you feel confident in the safety of your unit. We strive to provide reliable, high-quality products that exceed our customer's needs and expectations.

As a first troubleshooting step, we recommend checking the vent and lint trap to ensure they are properly cleaned and free of any blockages. Sometimes, improper airflow can cause the dryer sheets to get caught in places they shouldn't. Additionally, make sure you're using the correct type of dryer sheets, as some may be more prone to getting caught in the lint trap or vent system. Hi there. Thank you for bringing this to our attention regarding your LG DLE6100W dryer. We understand experience and that the issue persisted even after having the vents professionally cleaned. While external factors like vent blockage can sometimes cause performance issues, we understand how concerning it must be to deal with a malfunction right out of the box. You may access this link related to your concern:https://www.lg.com/us/support/help-library/lg-dryer-understanding-d90-and-d95-error-codes--20150209089448.

We recommend performing a Flow Sense™ indicator check—if the light is still on after cleaning, the dryer may need servicing or a deeper internal venting inspection. Please know that even if the retailer is unable to assist, we would still like to help. Send us a private message on social media @LGUSSupport with your model and serial number, and our team will be more than happy to explore possible solutions and support options directly. We appreciate your patience as we work to make things right.

"Normal" dryness setting doesn't dry completely

We replaced a washer and dryer that we believe dated from the late 1980s because the washer was getting flaky. Tne new LG dryer is disappointing in one respect: the "Normal" dryness level setting usually does not get the clothes completely dry. Areas that are bunched up, are still damp when the cycle ends.

Absolutely terrible dryer. Avoid it at all costs. The sensor constantly shuts off in the middle of a load, making it unusable. The machine often leaves clothes damp and wrinkled. Customer service is useless; they scheduled a visit to check it out, but no one showed up. When I tried calling again, I was put on hold for over an hour and then disconnected. This is the WORST dryer ever. If I could give it zero stars I would. The “Flow Sense” system is garbage and causes the dryer to turn off every 10 minutes. The duct has been cleaned out, the lint tray is empty and it still won’t stay on. It literally takes 2 days to dry one load of towels. DO NOT BUY!!!!
