Best Buy to the rescue!

We originally bought a top of the line Samsung directly from Samsung and had to return it. The was an awful experience and took months to resolve. After reading consumer reports I realized I had to go with an LG. We didn't need all the bells and whistles and the sale Best Buy gave us was a no brainer. The service policies, local customer service, free delivery and all the reward bonuses and offers that came with this purchase, we've gone on to buy 3 other major appliances since. I will always look here first from now on.

It works great Drys well, does what it needs to do. I would recommend and buy again.

Not quite the capacity I expected

It’s digital for easier operation. The door opens two ways: like a regular door or it can be opened “pull-down” creating a 45 degree chute effect—nice feature. It’s not over-sized—can only put in one set of sheets to dry. Overall, I’m happy with the matching LG dryer.
