My first dryer was replaced immediately because the NORMAL cycle would not work. My second dryer has the same issue. I believe this model has a defect. Because of the hassle of replacing I am stuck with a dryer that doesn’t completely work.

I've done a lot of laundry since i purchased it, blankets, pillows, clothing, etc. The lint basket is always full, more than my old dryer. My only disappointment is that blankets and sheets get rolled up so the automatic sensor thinks the drying is complete, but the "center" is still wet. Need to add a dry towel. Like the see thru front.
