    Bad product after 6 months stop drying. Geek squad could not fix it. Not happy with the solution the geek squad gave me blaming the amp. Had a Samsung dryer over five years no problems with amps .

    First time purchasing a dryer and washer set but the delay they give me is awful ... why selling when they don't have it? Why you don't make sure if the installation day is accurate or not ? I need to wash my clothes and I have to go to a laundry mat to pay extra. I will definitely not recommend nor will Purchase again.

    the sensor light would come on open door it would go off and not come back for a while..get error d80. i tried all options get error clean lent screen.. it would be clean. we clean inside and outside of dryer vents before it was installed, I never had a problem with my old dryer so feel certain it is not dryer vents. My new dryer is exactly same make as replacement. I am not unhappy with the brand LG it is I got a dryer that had a problem not working properly. le and new dryer

    The dryer arrived damaged, I was told replacement was three day wait. OK the day came and was told arive 11-12 it never showed. Called and was told I could not get a replacement till mid MARCH. NOT HAPPY !!!!

    Had it 18 months and Geed squad of course my warranty is up. Having someone check it out. Not even 2 years old is ridiculous. I own other LG products and this is steering me away.

    I cant review this item due to it never being delivered. And was rescheduled 3 times due to the schedule having to be changed. So I ended up canceling this order and went to another story!

    Best Buy installed it wrong and I have to get a duct cleaning service to check before they will replace and or fix it

    Does NOT Dry

    I spent almost 3 hours trying to dry one regular size load of clothes. I read the booklet and I tried different settings. The load still came out damp and cold. Very disappointed. I am exchanging for something else.

    Deryer dissapointment

    The druer does not work it does not dry the clothes is just steams them and they are still wet call for repair and was told nothing is wrong it heats up. But did not stay around to see how it doesn't dry the clothes. Only had it 30 days

    Clothes come out damp

    The clothes come out damp with sensor dry. Even at the highest setting for dampness the clothes still come out damp or wet.

    Light Load doesn't dry

    I had 2 Towel, 6 T-shirts and 4 underwear. Light load and it still comes out damp on high temp. I can understand this happening if the dryer was used but its supposed to be new.
