If I could have found a gas one I would have gone with it, but could not wait for shipping. Luckily, our house has both electric and gas connex so no big deal. This unit has been very good. It dries loads quickly and is quiet.

Example: all the setting buttons are to the right of the large center knob, except for the unmarked power button on the left side of the knob. It doesn’t come with a user manual!?, but you can download one. And not all setting options are available on all cycles. A lot of this doesn’t make sense to me. I just run it on normal cycle. Also, with a glass door you can see that the tumbling action doesn’t always happen. I’ve watched small loads just spin around stuck to the drum, not tumbling it all. They still dry, but I wonder if it takes longer and maybe don’t soften as much. It’s like the drum spins too fast.
