This dryer however just is not drying. Even with a heavy spin on the washer, clothes take longer to dry unless under the 25 minute manual hot dry setting - which is baking hot!. Clothes also clump together so after a couple cycles there are still damp spots. Do not like the door which opens from the side and not from the top as it would appear. The controls are nice and the dryer width is smaller so it fits better than our old ancient kenmore.

I contacted LG for help, but they were unhelpful. Their solution? Hire an electrician to check if it's an electrical problem. I've owned my house for three years and had a full inspection done, with no issues found. Save yourself the trouble—avoid this product.
