Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.It ONLY drys on HIGH HEAT, take a long time to dry the clothes. If you keep the dryer door close when not in use, it accumulates humity and the whole inside is wet, its gross.

LG, Help!!!

We got it checked out by a certified technician and we were told there was a problem with the three-wire heating element and the entire assembly would need to be replaced, costing $500! LG, is this right?! It seems like these parts should last longer than 20 months. Help!!
