    I absolutely adore this dryer! I have had it 10 months. It is amazing as it has many levels of dryness available including a “dryness sensor “ to make sure the clothes are dry without overcooking them. The setup and haul-away service was outstanding. They were in and out of here in 15 minutes including switching the door side. Best But never disappoints!

    The whole purchase was great. The item was in stock, and it was delivered easily and quickly the people per very kind and helpful, and the quality of the item was more than what I expected. The machine works very quickly and leaves my clothes dry and I love the little tone it makes when it’s done drying.

    Please buy elsewhere Best Buy delivered a broken dryer. I called customer service to return and the agent placed me on a 30 minute hold and came back telling me I needed to pay 99 return fee. Then never sent email for me to pay I call again after waiting for the email for a few days and now it’s outside the return window and they won’t accept the unit even though it’s damaged.
