The issue you're encountering with the moisture sensor prematurely ending cycles can often be attributed to residue buildup on the sensor bars. Even with regular cleaning, certain fabric softeners and dryer sheets can leave a film that's not easily removed with standard methods. We recommend gently cleaning the moisture sensor bars using a fine-grit sandpaper or a green Scotch-Brite pad to ensure all residues are eliminated.
Additionally, it's important to consider the size and composition of your laundry loads. Smaller loads or items made of similar materials can sometimes dry unevenly, leading the sensor to misread moisture levels. For such loads, using the manual timed dry setting can provide more consistent results.

And it could not be installed because the tubing was too stiff, so it stuck way away from the wall. The BB techs took the tubing with them and said they refunded that and the installation, and the unit was returned the next day. But I am still waiting weeks later for the full refund on the vent tube and install that never happened.
