Issue is it doesn’t get clothing all the way dry. Every load I have like four or five things I have to throw back in there and “Freshen up”. I have tried setting it to extra dry. Yeah doesn’t work. Another strange thing is I noticed it shrinks clothes. I think it needs lower heat and longer cycles.

When is the last time you checked your dryer exhaust vents for any obstructions? This is a common culprit for the issues you're describing. Please make sure you clean the lint screen as well as a dirty lint screen filter will impede air flow and can cause longer drying times. Should you need further support, we'd be glad to offer ours! Horrible Dryer!!

It has a sensor that you cannot override. No matter what cycle you put it on, your clothes do not dry. The only way to get your clothes dried is to keep cleaning out the lint catcher, turning the dryer back on and repeat the crazy cycle. So disappointing. Waste of $550.
