Never had a bad dryer, and this one seems simple enough & works well. I did NOT hook up the steam hose...yet. Swapping the door handing was a bit more of a project than expected (poor instructions), but was able to figure it out.

We haven't used the steam options yet, but the drying cycles seem to be working very well with the loads of laundry. This is a great improvement over our previous dryer which required multiple dry cycles to get the loads dry completely.

Better then oversize Samsung front loads. Front loads got controllers in front and when you fold cloth, they fall behind and it's hard to get them. But this one got controls that prevent from cloth to fall behind the dryer. I love it.

Originally we purchased the mid-range model, which was unfortunately a lemon. However, Best Buy here in Missoula made it right by upgrading us with only paying an additional $250 for the top of the line set. Bravo! Very happy with our new set.

If you larger items this one good fit.price point was good

This dryer is very high tech but easy to use. Like the two way door so it's easy to load and unload.

I have both samsung and this LG and there is no need to compare between them this LG is doing the job faster and that means saving energy cost

Dries out well, cleaning lynt is a bit of hassle though

The clothes dry quickly. I love the variety of settings. I also love that you can change the door so it swings right or left. But I especially love that the door opens hamper style. I use that all the time.

The product is ok the installations were terrible It took 3 tries to get a working dryer - The first was delivered but the men didn't know how to reverse the dryer door so they swapped the position of the washer and dryer - messed up the washer. The sales guy was great and arranged for a second dryer. The second was installed correctly and they reversed the door - unfortunately the dryer itself had a problem. The great sales guy again arranged for a replacement. The third was installed ok but they didn't reverse the door. Also, the dryer had a problem. The problem resolved itself but it took the sales guy to get someone to actually come and reverse the door.

I was concerned after years of using a gas dryer when we switched to electric but am pleased with the results of our new dryer. It dries just fine and in about the same amount of time as our older unit did.

Works as described. No problems since installation.

Bought these washing machines over a year ago work just as they would brand new got them about 2 months before I was suppose to very fast and professional delivery if you are looking for good washer and driers try these

Overall very good eexcept for controls. Push buttons were overly sensitive and would not always work when pushed. We ended up returning dryer. I like more dials and knobs. Everything else was good.

Needed to replace an old fisher paykel that served us well. Read lots of reviews and decided to try this one. It's pretty good, but it takes a little getting used to as there are so many settings. Some items (socks) sometimes come out a little damp, but that may be due to still fine tuning the various settings that will work best for me.

Actually purchased for a present for our son for a house warming gift. They are very satisfied with this item and your representatives at the store were very helpful to us in this purchase.

We had mold problems and a general lack of cleaning ability with our 5 year old front-loader. We decided to upgrade tub size and go with a top loader and we couldn't have made a better decision!

It has many drying options to choose from. Does a good job of drying clothes in a timely manner. One neat feature is the door opens two ways -- sideways or pulls down. Not a requirement in a dryer but a nice option.

Easy to use washer and dryer. Love the delay setting.
