I've been steaming/sanitizing pillows etc and all working out great. I may not use this feature much but again I purchased what would fit. I really don't like the "ice cream truck, sing song tune" that plays when clothes are dry, but not a deal breaker, just odd. Installers were awesome with making everything fit. If you get a good sale price I'd say definitely purchase. But if not I personally wouldn't pay for all these extras that I may or may not use.

I guess a safety reason but kinda a pain. It can be totally removed and changed to open sideways but requires me paying for service call to do so. Works great otherwise!

Wondering if something is wrong with it or we need to set it on a different cycle??
