I love the color and the idea of having it half touch screen and half knob. The only reason I don't give it 5 stars because compare to the Samsung dryer, this door shuts pretty loud. On top of that, I have notice the LED light DOES NOT automatically shut off after a certain time. Besides that, looks good and dries pretty well.

Dryer must be restarted 3-5 times to get one load of clothes dry. Multiple phone calls, visit by Best Buy to access issue, visit from electrician to confirm issue not with my electrical line. Now waiting on replacement dryer....it is on back order and will take at least a month for replacement. Very disappointed in LG and in Best Buy.

Also, reversing the door is a nightmare so read the instructions and take plenty of pictures prior to proceeding. Great unit otherwise.

You then have to use the "time dry". I owned a Samsung Steam Dryer before and the steam selections were great. This dryer's steam selections are not worth much.
