It's destroying my clothes! I have never, ever had such a bad experience with this!!! And Best Buy is not helping at all!!!

In just a few words...this is a must but. It's a great value and offers so many cycle options. I love how quiet and efficient it is.

The dryer works great and as expected just as with other dryers that require extra time for certain things (such as a thick feather topper) expect the same. Most items dry quickly per the predefined cycles. Found a use for the Sanitary Steam cycle, one of the dog beds has a filler insert that is not good to put in the washer - tends to tear apart. Using the steam cycle, the insert came out smelling fresh and intact. The topper was washed as usual.

I brought this appliance since 2019 used it every week, never have an issue with it, it’s Amazing.

Love this dryer. Had to replace Speed Queen dryer whose drum had rusted. This product has stainless drum, can be used with or without the steam features. Many drying options!~ Great product. Highly recommend!

It dries very well. Easy to use settings. I like the wifi app that lets me know when the cycle is finished.

The first thing you must do I permanently turn off energysaver or it will turn on each time. Push and hold it for 3-4 seconds. If you use the setting it will run the dryer for 15 min without any heat. What is the point of that???? It basically adds 15 min of time onto each load. Using the normal cycle uses medium heat and normal dryness. Medium heat is way too low and will take a normal load well over an hour to dry it. Also normal dry always leaves my clothes still wet. So you then have to run it again to dry them. I had to create a custom program with high heat and more dry. I have to run this every time.That is just a bad design. These are just normal clothes. I once had a large load take 2:40 min to dry a load.

Well, this dryer was good, no problems...while it was working. Two months after I paid what I consider is a lot of money for a washer and dryer, the dryer stopped working. The entire control panel is apparantly fried. After a few phone calls to LG , two repair companies, and two weeks, I am still without a working dryer, and apparantly this will continue for at least another couple of weeks. I guess this is a regular problem as the part required to fix the dryer is not available right now, all used up on their defective dryers I expect. LG is not prepared to replace the defective dryer but hey all is great as they will issue a check towards laundromat costs,that makes this so much better. Dont expect any assistance from Best Buy either ,apparantly if you dont spend the extra money and buy their extended warranty plan on your brand new warrantied appliance up front, after 14 days you are on your own. So right now I am swearing off all LG products and Best Buy also .

The dryer worked great...up until 4 days AFTER the manufacturer warranty expired. 4 DAYS!! The light in the drum turns on...but completely no power on control panel. The "smart diagnosis" isn't picking up anything wrong with it. Lol...go figure! I've had much cheaper dryers last A LOT longer than this. $1,000 down the drain.
