Love the Steam option and user friendly. The easy access front door panel to remove dry clothes and continue the cycle is great.

Fantastic dryer. The only thing keeping it from a 5 is the fact that fingerprints show up immediately and it scratches so easily. If I had my choice save your money and get the white machines. It’s really disappointing. I almost gave it 3 stars because I spent so much money and white was on back order. My sister scratched the dryer by putting an empty plastic laundry basket on top. Crazy. Great capacity and works well.

Open from top and just toss wet clothes in so easy. This dryer is huge and efficient couldn't be happier.

I have had both the washer and dryer for about a month and half now and I love them both. All clothes come out clean and the setting options are all awesome. I have washed bedding and it has turned out very well. The dryer does well with everything including the towels and bedding. I also added the geek squad protection just because these are digital screens. Oh-and I love the dryer door opening sideways and from the top down. I use both more than I thought I ever would when I learned about that feature.

I like the large capacity. the electric dryer with steam has been drying my clothes well.

This dryer looks great and performs well. There are more settings than I know what to do with! I am quickly learning each, and am very happy with the results (custom to each cycle). The only thing that I am not fond of is that mixed fabrics (synthetic vs cotton) cause the dryer to shut off before everything is dry because the synthetics dry at a faster rate. Separating the loads, or taking the synthetics out mid cycle, corrects this problem

Large capacity allows us to dry a lot of clothes at one time. Sometimes the dryer automatically shuts off before the clothes are actually dry. The only workaround I have found is to set to dry to a manual time of an extra 30 minutes or so after the computerized first cycle completes. There's that and the fact that the app capability is pretty useless. Thought I would be able to get notified or see how much time was remaining in a cycle from my phone but the app just diagnosis issues when/if they arise (I think that's what it does).

When we were updating our washer, we hesitated to buy the dryer, but we are so glad we did! It fits the larger loads that the matching washer will handle. It has been quick to dry a load and I love the steam feature where I can freshen up a piece of laundry by putting it into the Steam Fresh cycle for 10 minutes. It is really helpful to read the manual thoroughly, as it helped me attempt all the new features of the dryer. I am very happy.

This dryer is awesome! I love the steam cycle on this machine. This machine dries great and works well on larger loads as well. If you’re like me and don’t iron, no need to with this dryer. If you need wrinkles out, just throw clothing in for maybe 20 minutes at the most and wrinkles are gone. The door opens 2 ways so it’s convenient when you just want to grab one thing out, keeps clothing from falling onto the floor. LED light is another plus!

With a large family this dryer handles it like a pro! I love the look, all the settings and how quiet it is.

It is almost fun using the washer. The stories of HE washers taking a long time to cycle don't generally hold true with this one. A large load of towels will take a long time but it has a large capacity which somewhat offsets that downside. A normal set of permapress doesn't take that long. One small negative is that the time for a load is hard to judge and the initial estimate shown when you start a load will vary over time.

Use as much as washer, multi loads a day. The sensor tends to shut off early, so by pass it when doing a full load of towels. Otherwise very happy with purchase.
