Enjoy the unit. So far it works very well. Just two problems: 1) There is no internal light, something my previous dryer had which made it easier to see inside the drum. 2) Did not think about the fact that the dryer door opens sideways and not down, again like my previous dryer. An inconvenience as the door tends to get in the way, and doors that open down give a place to put clothes on.

I really like my new Dryer and washer! Seems to clean my cloths cleaner. Dryer drys much faster.

I'm very happy with my purchase,the dryer does a fantastic job with large items,like bedding items, and smaller loads dry in no time, just great!!

It is working fine. to bad that i had to pay extra to reveed door, from opending left side to right side.

The dryer is fine. The problem we had was the store employees not knowing what they sold us. First we bought a gas dryer. Needed it to vent to the right side. Showed pictures of where it needed to go. No problem they said. Get the dryer. Delivery person could not do that. Had to be a 3rd party. 3rd party comes out 5 days later and can’t do it. Dryer we bought can’t be a right side vent. Exchange for electric. Have to wait another 5 days to have it delivered.

Energy saver setting is rather annoying. Dryer operates without any heat just making the cycle take longer. Otherwise good basic dryer.

I love this dryer. User friendly controls, many options, works well. I bought the "companion" washer last year, and was thrilled when my old 20 yr dryer broke so I could buy this!

So far the dryer is working just fine- after I had to complete the installation that was so poorly done. The two installers brought the wrong gas line, and did not replace the old one at all (saying the old one was fine), even though I have found out it is required to replace it when any new dryer is installed. They then left the gas turned off on the line so my wife was wondering why the dryer was so bad until I checked the on/off handle. They also declined to replace the old vent hose, and left the old one half-on and kinked on the new dryer vent outlet so I had to get back there and put it on right. They did turn the dryer on to test it for a minute (before it would show the no gas error code) and then left in a hurry. Ridiculous.

Dries clothes nicely, easy to operate. Very efficient.

I'm loving this product. It dries better than the one it replaced . Wish I had purchased this first . My last one just kinda blew up for no reason smh

Good washing machine, with many options on the settings available. The factory could have more how to instructions on how to use it. The salesman was great, with good knowledge about the different appliances.

This dryer replaced an old dryer that took foreverto dry clothes. This new dryer is a pleasure to use. Controls are clear and easy to operate.

I’m very pleased with this dryer. Installation was great. The dryer is a newer model than my washer which I purchased 5yrs ago but I’ve appreciated the LG brand and have no complaints. I just wish I could have gotten a a better discount on price!
