    Disappointed at the preset drying capability. The clothes are never dry unless we use the manual setting. Not enough heat on the presets…lots of cool air drying which doesn’t get it done.

    I like the new LG clothes dryer, that I bought from BestBuy. The controls were a little different than what I had on my previous dryer, but it works fine.

    Dryer is nice. Go to Home Depot or Lowe’s. Best Buy no called & no showed their schedule appointment then committed Fraud & post “Completed”. Don’t buy from Best Buy.

    Do not like this dryer at all. Clothes come out wrinkled on all settings and normal setting hardly dries at all. Its my own fault for not doing my homework. I love my LF+G Washer however.

      A good first step is to give the Easy Iron or Wrinkle Care option a shot. It tumbles your clothes a bit after the cycle ends to help reduce those wrinkles. And for better drying performance, just make sure the lint filter and exhaust duct are nice and clear, since any blockage can make drying take a bit longer.
