I then received a replacement which worked for about a year and then stopped heating as well. LG wanted $400 to fix it which was the price of the dryer itself! broke within 14 months of being used once a week. Never buying LG again as they dont stand by their products. The fact that its always the ignighter leads me to believe its a mass problem with this model.

After a while, I figured out how to start and stop it and choose a cycle and it’s actually quite easy but there are instructions online too, because I called him about it.

Somebody was doing laundry just about every day. It was fabulous. So we bought another LG. This one’s going back. It doesn’t dry well. Even a basic load of clothing sometimes has to go twice through the cycle to get completely dry. Best Buy is always fabulous. We will be picking out a new dryer with Best Buy.
