The only down side to the unit occurred during installation. It required a different gas fitting to connect to the gas line. The old fitting was 1/2 inch to connect from the machine. The new fitting that I purchased is 3/8 inch. That fitting was available at my local ACE hardware.

So far the dryer does a good job. However, they were supposed to move the door hinge to the other side, but the installer said the order didn't show that. It was on my receipt. I haven't used it much yet. It was just installed on December 4th.

Heavier items such as blankets require a double drying cycle, even with a higher temperature setting . Best buy delivery and setup was excellent I am still waiting to see if an imported product compares to an American manufactured product.

Settings are not flexible. I've ended up ironing most everything, which totally defeats the purpose of wash and wear items. For drying anything on high heat, its fantastic. Not happy. Frustrated and disappointed.

Great dryer but first one can damaged had to wait for a replacement not happy about that and not even a sorry from Best Buy second large purchase from them and units damaged was hoping for something but nothing

We only use the timed drying feature, so I cannot comment on use of the sensor functions. Overall, we are vey pleased with the performance to date. The dryer is simple to use and controls are very easy to operate.

Love this washer, it gets our clothes clean but also spins them so well that they are barely damp going into the dryer. This saves drying time, energy, and money. It's also a stylish, sleek looking appliance! Definitely recommend it!

Well, the dryer is great but I ended up getting the same one from a different business -NOT Best Buy. I ordered it and since the delivery was pushed out twice I could not wait. Got it from Lowes and it was installed quickly

Love the settings and quality of this dryer. It’s our second time purchasing this model. When we sold our home we included our appliances and we regretted it. Glad to have them back.

I was looking for a basic washer that didn't have all the extras, like Wifi, steam, etc. also didn’t want a deep tub, as I’m short. This machine is perfect for what we need. Delivery and installation was quick and efficient. Highly recommend.

Squeezed this into old cottage that was only set up for gas dryer. Controls easy to use, Lint filter right up front for EZ cleaning. About only thing I’d add is a light in the drum

It works pretty well for the price. Only issues are that sometimes it didn't dry heavy loads that well, and for installation I had to buy a new piece for my gas connection along with an additional extension.

Just what I wanted. Delivery was on time. They did the job exactly as needed and were very efficient. They knew exactly what needed to be done. They were in and out and did a great job.

I Like the fluff button and that you can choose your temperature and time. I am a knitter and I use a Lotta handmade yarn. This dryer lets me choose the temperature for specialty yarn to dry or fresh in up.

I had to get this dryer because the other highly-rated ones were too deep for my space, but I really wish a) it had a light inside & b) it opened downward.

i did not like the fact that it don't have a light in the dryer and they told me it did not come with a drying rack.

The dryer has a large capacity; however I wish I could make my own setting selections instead of many things being pre-programmed.

Offers great features for the price. Wish it was less noisy but may be that I need to make adjustments. Overall we are super happy with this product after few months of use.

Very reliable and dependable! User friendly and the Best Buy staff did a great did with installation and removing my old unit. A wonderful turn-key solution!
