I had a different LG dryer prior, which worked great, so I felt good about buying their brand product again. I don't feel like this dryer dries my clothes/blankets well. Often times, when the cycle is done, I need to add dry time so that I am not taking out damp clothes. I'm not sure if something is wrong with the sensor?

Delivery isssue

However, the installer left before I could ask him to reverse the dryer door to accommodate transferring a load from the washing machine into the dryer. Please send someone to make the change. Thank you. The dryer is working wonderfully.
