I didn’t know this was an option. I know it states no light in features, but this isn’t a cheapo unit. I didn’t know to inquire. The sensor drying is half baked. We’ve been using the manual / timed setting for all loads.

Due to the extra requirements of raising the dryer since we use it in the garage, if we had to do it again, we would probably go with the electric dryer next time.

Today is March 20, and here are two issues so far: 1. Clothes come out DAMP even on Heavy Duty load. No, I am not overloading the dryer. 2. The cycles seem to last much longer than the time indicated on the display. This is contrary to the LG advertisement that states "Get it dry the first time" and "Get it all done in less time." Source: https://www.lg.com/us/dryers/lg-DLG7101W-gas-dryer For the price I paid, $900 plus installation, I would expect the dryer to dry clothes all the way. I contacted LG and they are sending a technician to see if there is an issue with the sensor. I will post an update if this site allows it.
