Good dryer Delivery was on time set up with good.

Doesn’t stay on preferred setting too digital. Preset doesn’t dry clothing good enough. Should have been wifi capable. Buttons and controls are not user friendly

I don't love it. When I use the preset cycles it doesn't usually dry all the way and if I run it again it goes a few minutes and ends. I have to use the manual cycles to get things dry. I would not recommend it.

I believe my older GE gas dryer had better heat settings and dryer more quickly - sheets came out as a bad JOKE - unless you enjoy tornado twisted look-why doesn’t form follow function?

My primary issue is that in the four weeks since the purchase there have been quite a few occasions that the clothing simply does not dry. I do not mean it does not fully dry, but as wet as they were right out of the washing machine. Yesterday I realized that I had never complained to Best Buy or to LG so I tried to reach someone but the virus situation prevented speaking to a local employee. Finally I called the LG number and spoke to a "tech". The gentleman attempted to talk me through a diagnostic test and then a second one. He was quite pleasant but there was no resolution to the problem. He advised me to call back when the issue recurs. I am just resigned to the problem and have decided that this dryer was my first, and last LG appliance purchase. I am also disappointed that the "Wrinkle Care" feature seems to be useless. I am 72, and from a family that sold and serviced appliances so I realize that often complaints are due to user error. However, this is the fourth dryer I have owned and the only one that does not keep tumbling without heat if I cannot get to the dryer right away. Big disappointment! Wearing clothing that is wrinkled is not okay and although I own and use an iron for special items, I no longer care to iron every time I do laundry. Finally, I have never owned a dryer that has no light in the drum. That may seem petty but I noticed another review contained a similar comment. Thank goodness we purchased a 5 year extended warranty because I anticipate future issues.

I am not happy with this purchase. I bought this gas dryer to match the washer I bought last year and because the sales associate told me it was an excellent buy as LG was one of their better products for washer/dryer. (I was looking at Samsung). From day one the dryer does not dry on the first round. You have to dry an extra 20-30 minute cycle because the clothes toward the front of dryer will not dry on one cycle. It's not like I bought it because it was a cheap.

This is a pretty good dryer; however, you need to set it on all the high settings in order to get anything to dry in a realistic amount of time.

Actually, horrible service from Pacific Sales. Dryer was installed incorrectly and had to wait 3 extra days for them installers to come and reinstall it correctly. Once it was reinstalled correctly it started making a horrible grinding sound that the technician said was not normal.now I have to have the item replaced because it is defective. This undoubtedly will take take several more days which will make my experience even more unpleasant than is has already been.

Bought this as part of a matching set. While I really love the washer for the most part, the dryer is a little - meh- I find that I have to repeatedly add more time for the clothes to get completely dry. If left in the dryer too long after just one session, you get the dreaded gross musty smell and have to start the washing process over again. Overall, just ok.

Noisy, Dismantle whole dryer to install propane nozzle, otherwise ok, low price.
