Only complaint was that dryer arrived with door hinged on the right. In the ordering process, I asked that it be on the left. The installer said that it wasn't on his work order, it would cost $75, and he didn't have time to do it, being on a tight schedule. I managed to get it done myself, to save $75, but feel a little ticked that I was promised the change for nothing, and had to do it myself. Would have given it 5 stars except for this.

I am ok with this dryer but it's not my favorite. I liked my old Kenmore better but I have gotten use to this one. I prefer a door that open to the down position which makes getting clothes out easier. The door on this one bothers me. I find it has to be set to manual dry to get the clothes dry and my clothes always come out a bit wrinkled. Other than that is works just fine. I have had no issues with the machine since purchased.

So far seems like a good dryer. Kinda fancy to me but I updated from a model that was 15 years old, no bells and whistles to basic 2019 bells and whistles. Easy install.

I just love it! The clothes come out so nicely and are easy to fold with no wrinkles. It is easy to use and takes less time to complete the cycle.

Great Dryer and it drys your clothes so fast. I used to use 60 to 70 mins to dry with this new one i am able to dry in 40mins... Love it

Have had for about a month now. Works fine. Doesn’t completely dry clothes on normal setting. Need to set on heavy duty setting.

I am very happy with my purchase. Very efficient product. The staff members from my store were very pleasant and helpful.

Works great. The only issue is with the thermometer, it turns off a little early on some of the cycles, but I just change it to a different cycle.

Machine don’t really save electricity since you have to dry it twice to get the clothes dry. However dryer was cheap and quiet.

This is a nice looking machine — bought with the matching washer. Makes a good looking set. Has all the basics and easy to use controls.

I love this purchase...in a pinch I got it and it had been amazing. Fast and efficient the dryer has allowed me not to miss a beat.

Very happy with this washer and dryer which replaced my old LG appliances. The only think I wished have gone a bit better is installation of the dryer at my house. After the installers left, I noticed the pipe to blow the hot air our of the house was not properly inserted in the wall.

I really like that there are different modes on how you can dry your clothes and it dries really fast. But its machine sound is kinda loud.

After purchasing the washer I started reading the negative reviews, about the instructions not clear enough on washing cycles and the amount of water needed, it took me a while to understand, I am more used to with a front loader after 16 years my washer started vibrating so bad on the spin cycle, that was the main reason in buying a top loader even with the news about Samsung top loader big disaster, falling apart on the spin cycle. Still some vibrations on the spin cycle but I hope that it can last for a while.

while i am still adjusting to the new technical aspects of modern day machines, overall i am very pleased with the efficiency !
