    Dryer generally works well, but you have to run sensor dry twice to get towels or other heavy items to dry completely. Otherwise, it does the job.

    Dries well. Easy to use. I bought the LG because Samsung couldnt get parts for a 3 year old model. Bummer

    The only reason for four stars and not five is because of how the door opens. It would be better if it swung open 180 degrees rather than just about 45. Hard for small rooms. Also, sometimes it doesn't fully dry items.

    no light inside, makes it hard to see. Sensor is weird, sometimes clothes still damp after a cycle.

    the wed site was excellant. The product is working very well. I am wondering where is the paperwork for the extended warrenty. I ve applied for the best buy credit card. I ve recieved the bill but have not recieved the actural credit card

    New LG washer and dryer delivered recently. I have been able to use them and noticed that the clothes seem to smell better and feel really soft compared to my previous laundry machines. The machine performed as advertised and I think we made the right decision! I'm very satisfied!
