    Love this dryer! It does a perfect job drying and the clothes come out wrinkle free. You can fit so much and everything comes out dry and so soft. I really recommend.

    Bought this dryer and it was defective on arrival witn a bad ignighter and would not heat. I then received a replacement which worked for about a year and then stopped heating as well. LG wanted $400 to fix it which was the price of the dryer itself! broke within 14 months of being used once a week. Never buying LG again as they dont stand by their products. The fact that its always the ignighter leads me to believe its a mass problem with this model.

    It's fine, it dries the clothes. However, learning to use it after an older model wasn't intuitive, and the only way to get clothes fully dry is to use the "very dry" setting.

    My previous LG was nine years old. It was a workhorse. Somebody was doing laundry just about every day. It was fabulous. So we bought another LG. This one’s going back. It doesn’t dry well. Even a basic load of clothing sometimes has to go twice through the cycle to get completely dry. Best Buy is always fabulous. We will be picking out a new dryer with Best Buy.
