    Everything about this dryer is fine EXCEPT that it isn't easy to add time to "pre-sets". I end up having to add time after the cycle has finished.

    My complaint is Unique Installers used by Best Buy!!! The installers could barely speak English and asked for extra money for hose installation ALTHOUGH I PAID BEST BUY FOR INSTALLATION AND PARTS. Supervisor at Best Buy that handle installations ignored me and picked up dryer. I purchased same dryer from ABT who use their own install team. Best Buy contracts the work out!!! Done buy from Best Buy any appliances because they have installers demanding money from you when already paid!!!
