    Best Buy installation problem

    I used Best Buy for my installation. The team dropped off the dryer and left—really 15 minutes to get an old dryer down two flights and a new one up and connected. The connection to the vent was not done at all—I thought there was something wrong with the way it worked, so I called the vent cleaner. He confirmed that the installers did not connect it correctly and it will not exhaust right. So, I don’t know how the dryer works, because it wasn’t installed correctly. Hope Best Buy can help me.

    Didn’t get hot and the second repair guy didn’t know what he was talking about, so I returned it

    Takes forever to dry. I was told I would get a credit which I never got. Told me a regional manager called with no caller id. It was all bs

    The gas dryer was not installed properly and didn't dry clothes. We had to hire a handyman to fix the vent that the Best Buy installation team messed up. He also had to replace the line they put in and a connector valve that was needed. The dryer was never tested when installed. This was completely unacceptable.

    This dryer didn’t have the gas going to it immediately after installation. In fact, the installers didn’t even turn the gas back on before the left. The repair company had to replaced the mother electrical board.

    I purchased this and after the first dry cycle it broke. LG customer service said this is COMMON for the pilots to be bad from the factory

    I paid to have imy new gas dryer nstalled, when i got home and turned the gas on it leak bad enough you could hear it. Now i had to go buy another line and do it myself. Very disappointed it wasnt check before they left. What i thought was going to be convenient, Turned into a mess. I guess i should buy from the small mom and pop stores that take time to make sure its right

    LG gas clothes dryer is a winner.

    The LG gas dryer is excellent. Easy to use and does a great job. Good capacity and relatively quiet. The lint filter also is easy to clean (much easier than our old one).

    Frustrated With Samsung

    I've had 2 of these dryers delivered and installed and neither of them heated up or dried the clothes. waited for 3 weeks for deliver the 1st time. Waited another 3 weeks for the 2nd deilivery and now I'm waiting another 3 weeks for a replacement LG drier.

    Nice Replacement

    I replaced my 29 inch Whirlpool with this 27 inch LG. The LG is smaller and has a nicer more modern look. It's easy to use and dries well. This LG does not have an interior light which I did not notice when shopping around. After using the dryer a number of times, not having an interior light is not an issue.
