So far, so good. Works good, nice and quiet. We like the options available for drying. The sensor dry is something we wish we had on our old machine.

We ditched the front loader and went with this. It takes up far less space and works great. So it's a lower price, takes up less space, and does exactly what we need it to do. Money well spent.

Nice and quiet with good features. Only purchased recently so who knows how it will be long term, but so far so good. Only reason for 4 instead of 5 stars is the first time we used the "auto sense" feature it didnt dry the load completely. Other than that has worked great.

So far this dryer has been good. I wanted a no-frills basic unit but most at this tier are crap. The controls and workmanship on the LG have the feel of a much more expensive and feature rich dryer.
I haven't used timed drying but the sensor drying has been less than perfect, usually it works well but once or twice it needed a little more drying time. If you're looking for a basic dryer, this is the one to get.
