We were having so many issues with our Samsung washer and dryer. This LG washer and dryer is such an upgrade. We love it!

2nd LG Washer/Dryer purchase due to excellent products the first time.

The dryer's sensor is not accurate. So all settings on the left side (Normal, Heavy Duty, Bedding, & Delicates) are Sensor Dry. I had a very small load and set it to Normal, and the timer went from 50min to 4min to 1 min all within 3 minutes time because the sensor thought the clothes were dry. So if you want a guarantee, just go directly to the Time Dry setting and then increase the time based on what works for you. This will take trial and error. Also, I ran a full load of my husband's clothes that included towels and jeans and set the Time Dry to 1 hour and 25 min. and the clothes were still damp. So I wouldn't recommend a very full load that includes jeans and towels. Do those separately. Toggling through the Temperature levels doesn't toggle through smoothly either. But if you wait a little and toggle slowly, it works a little bit better. The door can swing open to the side, or, can open straight down (two options). When opening down, it's only designed to go to a 45 degree angle, not all the way down. I miss having the door go all the way down. I've only had the dryer for about a month. With a little trial and error things might improve over time.

This dryer really gets the job done! It completely dries my king size comforters. Highly recommend.

Product 2 weeks in seems great. However, while washer bin is large (which is great), I am 5’4” so have to stand in my toes to fish out my clothes to place in dryer. Other than that, love the set.

Pleased with this dryer. It's pretty simple and straightforward, (but they can't resist adding Wifi connectivity, lol) which is pretty rare these days.

Easy to use, simple instructions. Fit in to exisfing space. Installers made great use of their time and experience.

Awesome dryer, easy to scratch the top don't set anything on it. Other than that a good drying machine!

This dryer has a lot of settings for different loads. I have to set it to "More Dry" rather than normal to have my clothes come out completely dry.

Love it! Love how it also has a light and the fact that I can turn it on from my phone. Dries good!

Very quiet, efficient electric dryer! I am so very pleased with my purchase and would definitely recommend it if you are in need of a new dryer.

I bought an LG washer a few years ago, and really like it, so thought I'd go with the dryer. The washer has pre-set settings, but by pushing a button in a category, I can change that setting to meet my needs. Not so with the dryer. Those pre-set settings are here to stay. The directions for most of today's clothes are to wash in cold water and tumble dry low. I can set the water temp in the washer to cold, but the only way I've been able to set the temp in the dryer to low is either use the delicate setting, in which case I can't adjust the time or the "more dry" setting. That means I have to use timed dry and set everything myself, and I have to do that in a specific order, or pushing a button will result in a change to another button I've already pushed. There appears to be no way I can do "more dry" in a low temp. And who knows how long I have to give the clothes to make sure they're dry? There's a button indicating I could create a special program, but every time I try, it just dings at me and doesn't change. I'll get used to this machine eventually, but it's not as user-friendly as the washer.

Like top loading as opposed to my old front loader. Many features on this one including wi fi app. But, the written manual doesn’t give you much detail on each feature on it.

This was our 2cd try at LG dryer, and this one is amazing we just love all the features especially the wifi telling us when thebload is funished
