Too sensitive of a flow sensor

Sometimes it dries a load of laundry quite nicely. Most of the time it times out and shuts off it says there is an air flow issue. We have never had this problem before and find NO restrictions to any airflow!

When My wife cleaned behind it, I notice that the clamps were not installed. Instead of venting to the outside of the house, all the dust was vented inside the laundry room.

First two times the drum made ominous metal on metal sounds. The third one they left makes a rhythmic sandpaper noise as the drum rotates. It's definitely louder than my older LG dryer (wish I had kept it, but was under the impression that this model would be an upgrade- it's not). But since this model is no longer in their inventory, I am told this is as good as it gets. Throw in the absolute debacle of BestBuy's horrendous process of customer service resolution and accountability, missing days from work for scheduled deliveries that didn't happen, having to drive to the store to get information about the situation, or waiting for promises for calls back that never occurred, repeated false info from their call center, missing personal time, and overall disappointing product in the end- it simply wasn't worth it. Just don't.

Figuring out how to dryin one session is the most annoying insteuctions arent very instructive and changing the dryer setting arent as simple as i would recommend

It doesn’t work. Clothes come out damp every time. We must manually dry every load for a long time.
